Ingredients
- 2 chicken leg fillets, cut into 1 cm slices
- 1/2 cup AYAM™ satay sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup tzatziki already prepared
- 60g young spinach leaves
- 4 wrap
Method
- Mix the chicken and the satay sauce.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread tzatziki on your wrap, place spinach leaves on top. Place the chicken on one side and roll up tightly to enclose the chicken.
