Ingredients
- 185g canned spicy tuna
- 4 tablespoons AYAM™ coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- A few chopped lettuce leaves
- A few slices of red onion
- A few slices of tomato
Method
- Mix the tuna, coconut milk and coriander.
- Toast 2 slices of bread. Start by spreading the tuna mixture, then add the salad, onion and a few slices of tomato.
